Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver is a registered charity that runs free youth mentorship programs, pairing children and youth (roughly ages 7 to 17) across Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland with supportive, trained adult volunteer mentors. Its clothing-donation program helps fund this work: donated goods are collected through donation bins and home pickup, sold through thrift retail, and a portion of the proceeds supports the mentorship programs. The organization serves young people from diverse backgrounds who benefit from having a positive adult role model.

What they accept : Gently used clothing for all ages, shoes and footwear, accessories (hats, scarves, gloves, bags, purses, belts), towels and linens, bedding and blankets, and curtains/fabric, plus books in designated book bins — no household breakables, electronics, or hazardous materials.
